This DPA applies when DishBook processes personal data on behalf of business customers and forms part of our Terms of Service.
It sets out the subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing, the types of personal data and categories of data subjects, and the obligations and rights of both parties in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR).
